Project Overview
The project came with several unique requirements. First, many visitors were unfamiliar with UVC technology for HVAC, so the website had to educate users with simple visuals and clear explanations instead of technical jargon. Sagol Advanced Technologies managed a large product catalog of models, manuals, and guides, which required building a well-structured HVAC product documentation hub for easy navigation. Also, the platform had to be optimized for right-to-left (RTL) website design in Hebrew, ensuring readability and responsiveness on mobile devices. Finally, lead capture forms integration was critical, as service and quote requests needed to reach the correct team with product context and attachments.
Many visitors did not know how UVC works or where it is installed in ducts and near cooling coils. We needed simple visuals and copy that explain benefits without heavy jargon.
The team had many models, manuals, and guides. We had to organize PDFs and specs so users could find the right file fast.
The right-to-left website design had to look great on phones while keeping forms and tables readable.
Service and quote requests needed to reach the right team with the product context and file attachments.
Solicy addressed these challenges with a user-first approach. Educational learning pages were created with diagrams, FAQs, and real-world use cases to explain where UVC installs in HVAC systems and how it reduces pathogens while cutting maintenance. Structured product catalog software and a document center were developed with filters and grouped manuals for fast access to specs and guides. For localization, Solicy implemented a mobile-first web design, ensuring menus, forms, and tables looked seamless across devices. Lastly, smart forms with CRM integration were built to capture lead details, route them to the right team, and trigger automated email alerts for faster response times.

RTL responsive design
We used a grid system with RTL support to make text, forms, and menus work smoothly on small screens.
