TalentSift is an AI recruitment platform designed to automate hiring and streamline the recruitment process with advanced AI resume analysis and automated candidate matching. Using recruitment automation software, it enables HR teams to cut screening time in half, reduce bias, and improve the quality of hire with real-time data insights.

The Challenges

TalentSift connected us with the idea to automate the recruiting process and develop something revolutionary to counteract inefficiencies and biases of the old recruiting methods.
