MBRCLD turned to us with the idea to combine community, learning, and leadership development into one digital experience. The main challenges were:
Without a centralized alumni management system, records, engagement history, and pathways were scattered.
There was no training management platform or learning management system for students to deliver continuous leadership learning.
Lack of a mobile learning management system limited flexibility and reduced alumni engagement rates.
The process of event registration, delivery of learning, and awarding of certifications was done manually, which created operational bottlenecks and a tracking problem.
We came up with a comprehensive Learning Management System development idea to support the objectives and challenges of MBRCLD, which fills the communication gap, simplifies learning experiences, and increases alumni participation. Incorporating contemporary web and mobile technologies, we provided the platform with the capabilities of being scalable, secure, translation-friendly (Arabic/English), and user engagement-friendly. We were able to solve it by focusing on 3 significant points:
Community Engagement & Alumni Networking
We have created an active networking feature that builds lifelong connections among the alumni, mentors, and leadership facilitators. The alumni management software allowed members to search cohorts, engage in discussions, and access leadership content in a single hub.
Learning Management Platform Integration
We have developed a custom learning management system (LMS) that supports continuous leadership training. This e-learning platform delivered curated learning paths, interactive course content, and automated certifications.
Seamless Event & Mobile Experience
We have provided a unified event platform and mobile-first accessibility such that alumni can use the platform in any location. The events, attendance, and notifications are purely digital, which increases participation and feedback. Built on React Native, this mobile learning management system ensured access anytime, supporting bilingual content (Arabic/English).

The Alumni Management Platform turned out to be focused on advancing the principle of continual learning, facilitating the development of the alumni interaction process, and providing real-time communication with the community. Constructed to be bilingual and mobile-friendly, the platform has outcomes of smooth user experiences and centralized administration for administrators.

A complete mobile app will enable alumni to interact anytime with the content and the community with a bilingual interface (Arabic/English). This ensured the solution worked as a full mobile learning management system with bilingual functionality.
