Recrout is an HR automation platform that represents itself as an assessment-based ATS platform, positioning itself as the sole tool that can make the best hiring decisions on competency-based assessments. The portal has an in-built evaluation system that helps in the evaluation of all applicants in terms of work-related competencies and fits them to a given vacancy automatically, both in terms of job profile as well as culture profile. With a combination of product features, ATS 3.0 was created as a complete one-stop solution to the recruitment process with features encompassing recruitment automation tools, skill-based matching, sourcing, and work-at-site capability. It is focused on fair and objective recruitment procedures and can be implemented after a set-up period of just one day.

Recrout wanted to transform the way traditional recruitment has occurred with the help of assessment technology powered by AI, remove hiring bias via objective candidate analysis, and develop an end-to-end HR automation platform. Building a tech team of 4 members, Solicy partnered with Recrout to create an HR automation platform that will change the conventional approach to recruitment by automating it with intelligent assessment and matching features that remove the bias of hiring. We devoted 2 years of development to the combination of high-tech competency-based evaluations and AI hiring platform development to allow companies to hire objectively, within competency-based assessments, through the HR automation platform. With this, companies could hire candidates based on their specific skills rather than adopting subjective measures. The system of talent acquisition automation has potent matching algorithms in order to align candidates with job needs and organizational culture. It is an automation process that uses real-time processing, can be deployed in one day, and is scalable in architecture, which revolutionizes the way organizations find and select the right talent to fit in their organizations.
