TalentSift is a brand new artificial intelligence-based talent recruiting platform that is by far the finest talent acquisition platform out there because of its powerful CV analysis and candidate matching capabilities. With AI-driven resume screening, the platform enables recruiters to source and rank the best candidates with a single click, reducing the time it takes to screen candidates by half or more. The Challenges

TalentSift connected us with the idea to automate the recruiting process and develop something revolutionary to counteract inefficiencies and biases of the old recruiting methods. To introduce AI in the recruitment process was quite a challenge to create a complex AI processing capacity to be able to manage massive amounts of CVs and, at the same time, mark them with precision and fairness in the individual assessment.
